This Privacy Policy explains how Seedance 2.5 ("Seedance 2.5", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our AI video generation website, products, and related services.

1. Account information — email address, name, profile image, login provider identifiers, and authentication records.
2. Google sign-in information — when you use Google login, we receive the information Google shares with us, such as your email address, profile name, profile image, and account identifier.
3. Generation inputs — prompts, reference images, uploaded files, model selections, settings, and other materials you submit to generate AI videos.
4. Generated outputs — AI-generated videos, result URLs, previews, task status, credits used, and related metadata.
5. Payment and billing records — plan, subscription, payment provider, transaction identifiers, payment status, credit grants, credit usage, invoices, and refund or dispute records. We do not store full payment card numbers.
6. Support data — support tickets, messages, attachments, and related account information.
7. Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken, browser type, device type, IP address, timestamps, logs, cookies, and similar technical information.
8. Analytics and service configuration data — information collected through analytics, error monitoring, or customer support tools if enabled.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve AI video generation.
• Process prompts, uploaded references, and generation settings.
• Store and display generation history, previews, and results.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process payments, subscriptions, credits, invoices, chargebacks, and billing support.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Detect fraud, abuse, automated scraping, policy violations, and security incidents.

AI Processing and Training

Seedance 2.5 uses third-party AI infrastructure and service providers to process generation requests. Your prompts, uploaded references, generation settings, and related files may be sent to those providers so they can generate, moderate, transform, host, or return AI video results.

For paid subscription users, prompts and generated outputs are not used by Seedance 2.5 to train models unless the user gives explicit permission.

For anonymous users and unpaid users, prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and related metadata may be used to train, evaluate, improve, or operate AI models and service quality.

Third-party AI providers may process data under their own policies and infrastructure rules. We choose providers needed to operate the service, but we do not control every internal process used by those providers.

Commercial Rights and Account Status

Paid subscription users receive commercial rights to generated content under the Terms of Service. Anonymous users and unpaid users do not receive commercial rights to generated content.

This privacy rule affects how we handle content and rights by account status. It does not replace your responsibility to ensure that your inputs, references, prompts, and outputs do not violate third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain data according to the following rules unless a longer period is required for legal, security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons:

• Anonymous users and unpaid users: uploaded content is deleted within 48 hours.
• Paid users: generated results are retained for up to 180 days.
• Account data: retained while your account is active.
• Support tickets: retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain service records.
• Payment, invoice, subscription, and credit records: retained as required for accounting, legal, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
• Security logs: retained as needed to protect the service and investigate abuse.
• Backups: deleted on normal backup rotation schedules.

If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal data within a reasonable period, subject to the exceptions above.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in.
• Remember language, theme, and interface preferences.
• Protect sessions and prevent abuse.
• Measure product usage and improve performance.
• Support analytics, payments, authentication, or customer support tools where enabled.

We do not sell your personal information.
