Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seedance 2.5 ("Seedance 2.5", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Seedance 2.5, creating an account, submitting a prompt, uploading content, generating a video, purchasing a subscription, or using credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Seedance 2.5 is an AI video generation service. Users can submit prompts, upload references, choose generation settings, and generate AI video outputs using available models and infrastructure.

Seedance 2.5 may provide free, anonymous, unpaid, paid, trial, or subscription-based access. Features, model availability, speed, quality, resolution, duration, limits, and pricing may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account in a way that abuses the service or avoids usage limits.

User Inputs

"User Inputs" include prompts, reference images, uploaded files, text, videos, audio, brand materials, character references, product images, and any other materials you submit.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Inputs and to use them with Seedance 2.5. You must not upload materials that violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

You grant Seedance 2.5 a limited license to process, store, transmit, reproduce, display, and modify User Inputs only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service, subject to the account-status rules in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Generated Content and Commercial Rights

"Generated Content" means videos, previews, files, outputs, and related materials generated through Seedance 2.5.

Paid subscription users own their Generated Content and receive commercial usage rights to that Generated Content, subject to these Terms, the rights in their User Inputs, applicable law, and any third-party restrictions.

Anonymous users and unpaid users do not receive commercial usage rights to Generated Content.

You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before use. Seedance 2.5 does not guarantee that Generated Content is unique, accurate, legally cleared, non-infringing, suitable for advertising, or safe for every commercial use.

AI Training and Service Improvement

For paid subscription users, prompts and Generated Content will not be used by Seedance 2.5 to train models unless the user gives explicit permission.

For anonymous users and unpaid users, prompts, uploaded materials, Generated Content, and related metadata may be used to train, evaluate, improve, or operate AI models and service quality.

Third-party AI providers may process data under their own policies and infrastructure rules as needed to provide generation services.

Content Retention

Unless a longer period is required for legal, security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons:

• Anonymous users and unpaid users: uploaded content is deleted within 48 hours.
• Paid users: Generated Content is retained for up to 180 days.
• Payment, invoice, subscription, credit, abuse, and security records may be retained as needed for business and legal purposes.

You are responsible for saving Generated Content you want to keep.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Expiration

Seedance 2.5 may use credits to measure or limit generation usage. Credits are consumed when you submit or complete generation tasks, depending on the model and workflow.

Credits expire 365 days after they are granted unless a different expiration is required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription and payment method.

If a generation fails because of a technical error, Seedance 2.5 may restore credits, retry the task, or provide another remedy at its discretion.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for selected plans, subscriptions, or credits.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. By default, Seedance 2.5 does not provide refunds. Users may email support@seedance25-ai.com to request a review.

Consumed credits, completed generations, subscription time already used, and outputs already delivered are generally non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Seedance 2.5 to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or facilitates illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Impersonates a person or entity without authorization.
• Creates deceptive deepfakes, fraud, scams, phishing, or misleading political content.
• Contains sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or child sexual abuse material.
• Promotes hate, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Provides instructions for violence, weapons, self-harm, or evading law enforcement.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, usage limits, or access controls.
• Uploads malware, automated abuse, scraping payloads, or harmful code.

We may block, remove, refuse, suspend, or terminate content, generations, accounts, or access if we believe these Terms or law have been violated.

Platform Intellectual Property

Seedance 2.5, the website, software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and platform content are owned by Seedance 2.5 or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, frame, scrape, or use the platform in a way that competes with, harms, or overloads the service unless we give written permission.

Disclaimers

Seedance 2.5 is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, model availability, exact prompt adherence, legal clearance, commercial suitability, or that any output will meet your expectations.

AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or infringing outputs. You are responsible for human review and for deciding whether Generated Content is suitable for your use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.5 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, business interruption, or reputational damages arising from the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Seedance 2.5 in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the service, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms other users, providers, or Seedance 2.5.

Termination may result in loss of access to account data, credits, and Generated Content, subject to applicable law and our retention rules.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice through the service.
